  • Priority #1: restocking FOH stations, emptying trash cans, and taking bus pans to the dish pit 

  • Priority #2: Maintain FOH cleanliness with particular attention to entire restaurant 

  • Priority #3: Participate in the table turn process-

  • Complete Shift Checklists and assigned work within your scheduled time

Host:

  • Welcome our guests as they arrive 

  • Anticipate guests’ needs 

  • Seat guests quickly and maximize table turns 

  • Properly manage your time throughout your shift
